Noobs Email and Address book questions on xperia x1

Hi All,

I recently purchased a secondhand xperia x1, which did not come with a manual. However I did read the online manual.

I have successfullly set up my email for my personal email account.

What I want to know about the email is

Is the email I recieve left on the server automatically to be read by another email client ( i.e. outlook PC) or does it remove it. Then requiring active sync to update from phone to PC.
Can I now add a second email account ( i.e. work email account). If so how?

I have added my outlook address book personal contacts to the phone by active sync.

What I want to know about address books is

3. Can I now add a second / multiple address books (work etc.), if so how.

And lastly, is there away of turning of Active sync as soon as the USB cable is plugged into the PC, cos sometimes I just want to charge and not sync.

If this helps my xperia is on winmo 6.5.

I would appreciate any advice on these matters, and if the info is in the help / manual please just point me there.

i just know how to add another email..

go to settings > eaccounts and sync and then tap on add email..

Thanks for the quick reply slim......

My menu, goes settings>messaging>email>setup email. Then I can add a new account. Is this the same as your method.

I just found the answer to question 2. Is the email downloaded to the device removed from the server.

About mail: You can under the account settings for your e-mail select either to move deleted mails to server's recycle bin or to delete them from the server. Press advanced settings under Send/receive options while in the account settings.

About contacts: You can only manage different contact folders if you sync the phone via Exchange. Not while syncing the phone locally with a PC.

Now I have been playing with the X1 for a week, and theres other stuff i need to know, I will check out the other threads and topics for the answers.
