sometimes my back button doesnt work correctly... and in the games like asphalt 8 doesnt work at all

Try to force stop your device(press the little button on the back).

It's happening even with me also back button jus stops working even for small apps like Facebook and chrome any help.plzzz

in some apps and game back button will not work

for example in asphalt 8 in some screens back button do nothing its not your phone problem..its apps Restriction

My back button doesen't work after playing Family Guy Quest for Stuff, its that game that causes it and also eats the ram up to the point where I have 0mb which makes the phone unusable with apps closings constantly. I would like to know whether its my phone or that game and if other people are having problems with that game, I have already done a repair from PC Companion and it hasn't fixed the issue.

I am having back button issues, I have done a recent factory reset and downloaded the latest android but am having issues, is this covered in my warranty at all?

Went into apps and force stoped, still does not help mums old Arc....

Have emailed Sony, see no solution on here?? Its the Arc having issues now...
