XPERIA SP [boot up problem]

HELP ME!

I charged my Xperia SP, then while charging i pressed and held the power button, after awhile- when I checked it, it showed:

1. SONY

-black screen-

2. XPERIA

-black screen-

3. colorful squigly lines that travel across the screen

Normally, after numbers 1-3, the homescreen would appear, right? BUT THEN MINE SURPRISINGLY KEPT ON LOOPING FROM SONY - #3 OVER AND OVER AGAIN. Am I the only one who encountered this problem?

Try removing the battery if you can or hold volume up and power for a round 15 seconds - If that fails then unfortunately you will have to perform a repair which results in all apps and data been lost

To perform a repair make sure your phone is unplugged and turned off

Start PC Companion and select Support zone then Update my phone/tablet then in Blue select Repair my phone/tablet and follow the on screen instructions - When prompted hold volume down and connect your USB cable

Force shutdown your device by pressing the little button on the back of your device.Try to turn it on normally after.

It doesn't work, when i try to update it it says THERE IS NO AVAILABLE SOFTWARE IN YOUR DEVICE what do I do now? And the phone won't normally start up, it keeps on going on the loop- this has been going on for 2 days now, yesterday and today.

I've tried that actually, many times, but the screen keeps on looping when I try to turn it on normally.

Im sorry, but it wont work, every single time I try to turn it on after turning it off, the loop keeps on going on forever. And when I try to reset it, it says no software found on your device. (-_-);

Yo need Sony pc Companion > Suport zone > Phone software Update > repair my phone/tablet Dont press Connect
