Xperia LT30at. Won't turn on or charge but has red light

My phone has been going completely dead the past few days I charge it and no issue but today it will not turn on and every time I push the power button the indicator light flashes but never powers on and will not vibrate for hard or soft reset it has been on the charger all day.

You have the Xperia TL from AT&T try this

Connect your phone to a wall charger > press and hold power & volume up for 10 seconds > let it charge for 2 to 3 hours, make sure to use the wall charger, not a dock nor a computer. If this doesn't work then take it to AT&T

Yeah, ok I was experimenting and took a hair scrunchie and wrapped it over the power and vol up button it took 15 min but the phone started to vibrate. I disconnected it and pressed the power button and Surprise it kicked on no issues everything looks normal.

I have a xperia T I fell with it in my pocket since then it won't turn on I have replaced the battery and charged it for 2 days and even held in the power and volume up button for 20 mins it vibrated but still won't turn on all I get is the flashing red light when it's on charge every 10 mins it gives 3 vibrations still nothing anyone got any helpful advice that might sort it apart from hit it with a hammer lol

I've had my phone on charge all last night used it for a 5 min phone call then my phone shut down on me! Now it's been on charge nearly all day won't turn on just keep getting the red light showing. can you tell me the problem?
