If it was me and I had a choice I would not use a fast charger and here's why which i'll try and explain is easy terms

Your normal charger (None fast charging) will charge devices in a balanced mode meaning it will monitor your battery and throttle back when charging is near to been complete - It will also charge at the recomended 5v

Your fast charging charger will charge your devices in a none balanced mode thus will not monitor your battery and as such will not throttle when near to been fully charged and will normally have an output slightly more than 5v hence why charging is faster but by doing this it will over time reduce the lifespan of your battery
