Installing applications fails every time

I've had my mini pro for almost a year, and installing applications on it used to work perfectly fine. I haven't had the need to install any new apps for a while, but when I recently tried installing one, it failed. I've updated all software and there's enough space on the phone for the application(s) I wanted to install, yet it doesn't work.

When I've purchased an application, it goes to install it, only to stop installing it after about 3-5 seconds without giving any notice or a reason why. It just stops. Updating apps already installed is no problem.

Does anyone have an idea as to how I can fix this?

To try to resolve this issue please follow these steps:

Main Menu > Settings > Applications > Manage Applications > Market > Uninstall Updates > exit this area and try to download an application again.
