access the internal memory

Hi Dears :-

I want to know how I can access the internal memory for my phone "Xperia tipo dual st21i"

that want to copy phtos and videos fron internal memory to my PC !!???????????????

that I cannot see and access this memory from any way "USB mass storage or PC Compaion"

What I can do now ???????????????

hello...

this is the step

1.go to settings

2.click xperia

3.connectivity

4.usb connection mode

5.now use MTP mode instead of MSC Mode

6.connect to pc and look for portable devices *SONY XPERIA TIPO DUAL*

7.u will able to see sd card and internal storage

HI guys I'm in need of ur help. My Xperia z5 compact is 5 mnths old. 2days ago da fone just refused 2 on. I am going 2 take it in as it is still under warranty. My problem is dat I hav priceless pics of my new born on da fone dat I haven't backed up. Is der anyway I can access my fones memory 2 save these pics? Or can da fone b repaired without my contents being lost?
