Is it possible to take a snap while recording a video in SE Neo V..If possible please suggest.

it is not possible, you could use apps to get frames from the video and save them as pictures

I think with a dedicated camera button on ZX Premium lacks the feature to take a picture while in video recording mode, many other brand smartphones without this button can snap a photo in video mode but XZP needs a third party app for it makes the button redundant in a dual vid/pic mode, the only function of the button is start & stop video recording.
