Yet again tv is doing its own thing. Used in the morning watched iPlayer at lunchtime switched off, came to use in the evening switched on---no picture no sound only light showing at bottom of screen, buttons on remote had no effect not even standby button, buttons on side of tv had no effect, could not even reset had to unplug from mains supply for a short time before it came on then had to sign in again to apps. Just about had enough with this tv now!!

This is a known issue and the engineers are working on a solution already.

Should be fixed with the next firmware release.

TV been ok for a couple of days. Last watched iPlayer last night switched on this morning needed to sign in to iPlayer and ITV Hub again settings have been lost. Very annoying spend a lot of time signing in to apps than using them!!??
