Why do I have two channels with same number in satellite list?

On Channel Editor channels 1-67 have double channels.

I think those second channels added by Channel Editor are data channels.

I solved the problem by making changes to satellite list.

Still I wonder how Sony Channel Editor is making this kind of failures.
