BT500A Sony 3D glasses

I recently bought my Sony 3D glasses BT500A and suggested my Sony website compatible with my Sony TV KDL 43W807C.

I registered my glasses with my TV with no problems, but when I enable my 3D settings on my TV (side by side or over-under) even not blurry I still see the image side by side or over-under. Please could someone help me to understand what is the problem? Or some Sony adviser explain me the solution to this issue?

Hi @nicolamungari Ignoring the glasses for a moment, does the screen go to full screen or remain side by side when turning on 3D in the settings. Also I would try a lower screen resolution. Apologies if that doesn’t make any sense as my Sony TVs stopped showing 3D many years ago!

I just adjusted the resolution of the video 1080.
Then everything worked perfectly
