Can anyone community members help?

On certain apps I am unable to use to arrow buttons to move around - I have to use the Android TV remote on my phone. Is this likely to be an issue with the app or my remote?

Hi,

Most likely this is an issue of the app not supporting the TV controls.
You might want to get in touch with the app distributor.
