Cannot refresh screen on my Sony KD55AG8BU

Bought the tv from Curry's in March 2020. I have tried to refresh the screen as as requested however way I try to do it it does not work. I get a red iod flashing 6 times. Anybody know what to do or a telephone number at Sony to contact. Trying to get hold of somebody these days is like trying to get in touch with God. Thanks

Here's the contact us page for Sony support.

You can try updating to the latest software version before contacting them though, I remember seeing a similar issue which was fixed by updating for other users.
