    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have a problem loading Netflix via the native button on the remote.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;All I get is the letter "N" and a spinning circle underneath, nothing else happens!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The only way I can get it to work is to go into the app settings and clear the cache. It works for a couple of days and then reverts back to the spinning circle again.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have rebooted the TV, uninstalled the app completely and then re-installed it but to no avail.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any ideas out there please?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
