KD-49x8005c hdmi to pc

Hello,

I am in urgent need to configure this TV with my pc.

It has suddenly stopped working. I can confirm the pc and hdmi cable work.

TV recognises a hdmi input but no picture is displayed.

Any help to resolve my issue would be great. Via telephone would be best.

Ok, onto your problem. Some suggestions that I can think of:

Reboot the TV - Press and hold the power button on the remote control for more than 6 seconds and the TV will reboot.
Reboot the Computer
Ensure that your display settings on the computer meets the requirements of the TV
Have you changed to the correct HDMI input on the TV?
