YouTube videos not playing

I cannot play YouTube videos for 3 days now on my Sony KD55X8005C. Keeps saying retry. Youtube plays well on my computer and tablets.

Hi there

I have just tested YouTube on my Android based TV and it works fine. The issue will be at your end.

Check to see if your TV is connected to the network.
Check if other apps work - for example BBC iPlayer etc
Try rebooting the TV - Press and hold the power button on the remote control for more than 6 seconds and the TV should reboot.
All else fails, try a complete factory reset - see HERE for instructions.
